From the top of the Park you can see several counties and get a feel for the area. This is the best spot to overlook the "Red Hills" of Mississippi. Nanih Waiya Mound Take a short ride from Lousville to see this interesting part of the area's history. Silver Star Casino/Pearl River Choctaw Indian Reservation Nearby Choctaw and Philadelphia, MS, is a hidden treasure for many travelers unfamiliar with the area. For the touring motorcyclist, it is pretty interesting to be traveling a small highway through the countryside with farms, livestock and trees to suddenly come upon a huge, elaborate and most hospitable casino. It is worth the trip. |
